Let it be known, this is a very hard thing to do, I am about 1/4 efficent in doing this I would say.
The biggest problem to overcome with it is realizing your having a dream. Once you do that, you can almost instantly control yourself, but even if you do it once, that doesn’t mean your going to be able to do that in every dream.

Write down any dreams you have like these, in as best detail that you can because thats the best way to search back through and find clues.

Also, doing this will eliminate a lot of the fear in dreams if there is any. I personally suggest that if you are able to do this, to ask your father what is going on exactly since hes the one that said “its happening”
