I had a dream of a portrait. In the center of this portrait was a temple with columns bewteen 4 and 6 (I cannot be sure). From the temple were columns of light. On the left side were men on horses all gray in color running to the west. On the right were men with rifles running toward the east. The image seemed to be a black, white and gray. No features were shown on either the army going to the west or the army going to the east – just outlines. The thing that caught my attention is the temple seemed to be closed and the lights beaming from the center seemed to stripe the entire portrait.
I am working on a documentary at the moment in an attempt to show the similarities on each faith rather than the differences. Maybe the reason I had this dream is due to the work on the documentary – still maybe it is all connected. Is it really that close to the end? Or are we so tired of feeling helpless and hopless at the ways of the world that we are simply embracing the end and hoping it will soon come.
