Russia is the most likely candidate for the Button-Pushing. Putin has decreed that arms production will increase to help the Russian economy. Arms production means that you need a target. Building your own nuclear bunker is easy. Simply buy twenty tonnes of reinforced concrete, dig a huge hole and line with concrete. Stock with your favourite food and drink. Fill with all neccessities for twenty year wait. Fit micron-dust extractors, and a door that can only be unlocked from the inside. Draw up a list of the people you want inside. Choose them for their ability to live alongside other people. Choose them for their skills at world-rebuilding. Wait for the three-minute warning then close the door.
