I believe that after a period of time, medical science will become so advanced that people will be living for extremely long periods of time, causing the population to rise to the point when rescources will run out and all of the planets in the galaxy will be inhabitable. However, you should try not to live your life by basing it around the fact that the world will end, but try to live your life as best you can and try to have fun (But be careful!)
