Something is lost in the rhetoric.

Something is lost in the rhetoric. The need to look to other cultures and to history for some insight. The ultra-conservative point of view is a self-fulfilling prophecy.
Many cultures consider wasting the resources and spoiling mother earth as the ultimate sin. Look to the far eastern and american indian cultures for a glimpse at a circle of life where everything on the planet is sacred. All things are related to one another and that humans are just PART of the picture. We need to be stewards of our world, not consumers of it. This economic dominance by one country over all the other countries is causing the apocalptic myth to be self fulfilled. And western cultures are historically arrogant and greedy. Humans must be vigilant , not complacent in their struggle to make the world a safe place for ALL God’s inhabitants. Rush (Limbaugh)is right…. NOT!!!
