I just don’t know. Nobody does

Anything I’ve learned about the apocalypse (which isn’t much) is just what I’ve heard mentioned in casual conversation over the years. My father is a scientist, and I was taught to be a skeptic. Therefore, I am not going to believe wholeheartedly in something unless I have substantial proof. I can’t believe that Jesus died for me just because the “bible” tells me so. I can’t believe that God created the world only because these men who wrote the bible said he did. And I don’t know if the Big Bang theory is correct, or if any other sort of theory about how we all got here is. People probably wonder how I can exist, not believing in any certain theory about life. That’s why we have religions, because people can’t exist thinking that there’s nothing there after you die, they have to have some hope. The way I get around this is that I just don’t think about it. I don’t know how the world was created. I don’t know what is going to happen when I die, I just don’t know. Nobody does. But to me, that’s just part of life..it’s uncertain. Who knows? And the only way to find out is to just wait until I die. Those are my opinions on the apocalypse..who the hell knows what’s going to happen?

Intresting! In Christianity it says unbelivers go to hades and eventualy the lake of fire. This COULD be put in to falsely scare people into belive into the religion. When you think about it, it`s scarey!Angels can be in the room with you now, or can be who you meet! God is every where! Some people may think they HAVE to belive!

It’s not really meant to scare people to convert to Christianity. Its simply the punishment for hardening your heart towards God and continuing in your sinful life.

I don’t believe a loving god would put you on earth with not a damn clue of whats going on, where are you going, and what do you have to do to get there. That’s when a christian told me the bible really means Basic Insuructions Before Leaving Earth. The bible is the spirt of the liviing god. It holds all the answers and rules on how to live a life worth living. If you were the only one on this world, Jesus Christ, the son of god and god himself, would still died on the cross for you. He said “there is no greater love than one who lays down his life for a friend” He is calling you his friend and you may have never heard of him before, but he sure knows you, he made you, and he loves you uncodistionally.
