They said it was a meteor…
They were wrong…
Sixty-five million years ago a primordial swamp spawned a terror unlike anything the world had ever known: a monstrous virus. Twenty years later it circled the globe, ending the reign of the dinosaurs. Unfortunately for humanity, the story was not to end there. An archeological expedition

Our Lord allows all mankind a sneak peek at what our former home looks like after the Apocalypse. It was all self-induced. The trees are all gone from arson and destroying the rainforests. The water is not drinkable as the chemicals from all the industry were allowed to dump all in the name of money. It is revealed that there was cures for cancer and AIDS in the oceans and the rainforests but total disobedience did not allow for their discovery because those in authority ruled and nobody prayed. Everyone did whatever felt good and did not follow spiritual rules. Common sense tells you if you borrow you put it back. You never bite off more than you can chew. Three is a crowd. The rich only get richer. Speak up for me, so I will remember you. It is shameful. Only God the Father has the power to re-establish…will he? Would you?

There is truth in Nancy’s statement. Unfortunately it is buried in a context of superstition. I think that humankind is ready to stretch its collective mind and shrug off the onus of antique religious dogma. Our spirituality can thrive without it! Look:

Bingo. No ‘god’s great plan’, no predestination. We make it happen.

Nancy reads the papers and extrapolates from obvious trends. She is dead on.

Ok from my point of view it gets muddy here. I feel the same way about the blindness and greed that permit the rape of the planet. We lose, what, 50 species of plant and animal life per day? I will have to look it up again but think I am within an order of magnitude. So, daily, we forfeit the future of untold numbers of discoveries in medicine, science, and the arts. Nancy, I would appoint you Secretary of the Interior or Cabinet Minster for the Environment in a heartbeat. But blaming it on our failure to prostrate ourselves before the hairy thunderer? Nah. An easy answer that has no appeal for me. Like R.H. Heinlein said, “If you can believe in a god who is both omniscient and omnipotent, then I have some real estate in Florida I would like to sell you.”

This is, again, precisely to the point. Spiritual Rules. Use your brains and your hearts, folks: righteousness is not necessarily defined only in the context of a mysterious superbeing. Look inward.

I can’t find a lot of fault with this stuff, it seems to me to be right on, except - ‘three is a crowd’? You lost me on that one, sorry.

We are one planet, one people. My fear is that the vast majority of humanity, which knows this to be true, will never be able to overcome the individual and national materialism that consumes it, nor overcome the barriers of blind religious conviction that cloud the mind and confuse the utterly simple truths that Nancy has revealed.
On the other hand, I grew up reading Science Fiction; it infused me with a ridiculously strong sense of optimism. That, and having experienced transcendental love.

I have had dreams so vivid about the end of the world since I was very small. Mine involve my own death and destruction because of the world around me. I believe I will live long enough to see the end of human existence but not the end of the world. I believe it will happen in my later years. As far as I can invision, it will be fast, pain-free and a spectacular view. Like the nuclear winter, mixed with bad weather and disease is what will kill most of all human kind, but remember we are not the only things on this planet and wont be the last. There will be others and different kinds that have changed to be able to adjust to the world. We are not alone and it is silly to think we are. The world will go out with a whimper after a bang and confusion of human kind. WE are NOT the smartest mammals on earth. We owe that to the elephant. Remember, we are all one. We bleed the same color, we hurt, we die. It is natural and okay… Blessed Be

i dont knwo what the apocalypse has to do with religion… all religion was created to control the masses, and has been manipulated throughout time to ‘draw them in, and in their presence blind them’ to quote jrr tolkein. wasnt napoleon the first anti-christ? and how about adolph hitler… he was the second anti-christ, was he not… as you can see the specifics of the end of times are so generic, that anybody could have written them up… now that science has solved the ancient mysterys we have no need for religion. there is a god… but there is no religion… all christians can shove it up their cornholes…

nastramvous(preticture) siad Mabus(3rd antichrist. W. Bush, Sadam, bin l ?) would lead us to the apocalypes around 2000 and the great king of terror will be unleashed and bring famine, hot wind and poison to the world.I think the “Great King Of Terror” is global warming.But he also siad when the sun uses up its last gases and expands that we will continue to live in different galaxies.
It could be that their is no apocalypes and mankind will live on for 100,s mabey 1000,s of years.We’ll survive even if a comet it us, we’ll survive global warming and we’ll survive the next ice age.Mankind has become to powerful.

2 to 4 times a week i wake up feeling as if i have dreamed the entire night. my muscules are extremely sore and sometimes cramped. i’m very tired throughout the day and i crash out earlier than usually. (sometimes five hours after i awaken). usually i can remember up to 5 days of “dream time” from 8 hours of sleep. rarely it has been more.
I have been diagnosed a narcoleptic. though i’m not sure if it is a correct diagnoses, i know it is close. what causes this is that my body goes to sleep some nights and directly enters REM sleep. it stays that way the entire night. the majority of my dreams i have remembered come from eight hour dream sagas.
almost all of these are post apocolyptic. i will be breif. many of them involve fighting along side some sort of resitance. there is a type of tyranical government that is trying to shape the world after the meltdown of most major metropolitan areas, and we have a greater chance at changing our future because of this than we ever had in our past. this is dream world mind you.
the one that sticks out the most is where we live in a city. we know there are others out there, but if you are less than 30, chances are, you’ve never laid eyes on one except for television. Speaking of which, the only tv we have is military tv set up all around the city constantly broadcasting that if you want to leave the city and “make something of your life” then you must join the military. it’s the “only way”. The cities are in large biodomes ranging from 500 meters sqaure, to 1 km by 3 km. no cities are larger than that. the tallest has a ceiling of four stories. many cities have integrated fake environments on the walls to make it look like you are looking out onto green forest lands. this satiates the populations urge for more than what they have. but some cities, including the one i lived in, just have clear walls for the sun and stars. beyond is just miles and miles, as far as one can see, of copper sand and black ash. sometimes you will see a large cruiser floating by, or a band of 6 patrol buggies changing weekly shifts at the military gate. other than that. no one is allowed out. infact, you woul most likely die from radiation poisoning. population is highly controlled. no one is allowed to marry unless mandated. there are no vehicles. males and females are separated into “dorm style” houseing. scanners at the gate of each complex tell if you are trying to go in to the opposite sex’ houseing unit. military patrols are on the streets constantly. 50% your income goes to fund the coupe style military. which, if you join, gives you 25% of that back. very, very large bonuses for joining. anyone who joins is automatically relocated. military personal have a variety of implants. most contantly monitoring them, keeping them alive, healthy, fed. oh, and quiet. none of them seem to want to talk about their past at all. they just tell you how it is the right thing to help the cause.
no one will ever know if they are held prisoners or being protected. either way. it is a total system of control. and you think you’ve got it bad?
we may never see this in our lifetime. but then again we may.

the humans were the virus ( sent by intelligent life forms not emerging from a swamp)
g.o.d is the name of these life forms we are biological weapons we are changing this planit so it will be habittible for them . the bible is a book writen by them to keep us from killing each other so long a go . now the timer is started and when thay come back we all will be killed we are not needed at this point thay will salvage our dna and send our dna (with some changes so we can substan life )to another planit.
this process will only stop when thay destroy each other .

I understand how Johnathon lives. I too have been in a constant world of dreams since I could remember. I almost died at 4, was read my rights from a priest, saw too many things on my way out of this world, however was forced back to continue living here. Since I have lived life as freely as one who is continually haunted by visions, dreams. I saw the Challenger disaster before it happened, predicted deaths and terrorist bombs and I recall my dreams. Many times my dreams are in the future too. Much death and destruction around, with so many people left asking how did it happen. The systems; corporations, governments, media are no more. The War as I see it, isn’t humanities, we are caught in the middle of something bigger than us. Humanity. in its ignorance does nothing about it. Many of us visionaries have warned YOU and our efforts have failed time and time again. So if this is true, why do I keep having the dreams, the visions and no one listens, so nothing will change. Maybe is it because I am hoping that one day, THEY will. YOU will want to hear, or maybe SEE what i SEE. If Hollywood could make movies as real as my dreams, YOU would all walk away as if you have seen Schindler’s List 100 fold. But what I have learnt now to do with the dreams is explore the futuristic world that enters my mind and master it. I believe if I can Master the Game, I might find a way to win. Not talking about the physical body winning, that would be disrespectful to the intelligence at war. My mind is far more powerful (as it is destructive). 2006 will bring great revelations of the hypocrisy we live in. NEVER believe what you see with your eyes, for living with BLIND FAITH is your only hope.
